Photos to come, experiences at least noted

Woah, ok... Bonjour all =0)

Ok, so far my experiences have been so amazing here. We start classes on monday, very exciting. Move in with my homestay mother on Saturday, wooo hooo ! Some things I have learned here:

1. Be assertive with drunk french men walking the stairs in a hostel, they will try to kiss you on the cheeks as if it is normal, but ahhh haaa! Two kisses are standard, three are more intimate. See, he stopped me, three kisses, then again, tried for the neck, and upon the No! he did the hand.

2. A le Peche beer( Peach) = very good. Don't worry all, I only had half, but to be honest I want to try to adapt and try new things here.

3. People are vey nice, even though I suck at French...when I try, they appreciate it.

4. Geneva is so beautiful. The buildings, the architecture, the weather. Everything is so close, I walk everywhere and it is fabulous.

5. I love all of you who have mentored, helped me to get here and now that I am here I realize and appreciate you so much more.

Hey, so it has been fun and after saturday I will be living in a new place, a small countryside village. I will be commuting daily to classes and though I am scared about being reliant on my weak french skills...it will be amazing and the humility breaks me down in this grand process of building me up.
